Did you know that failure to follow DNC compliance can carry a penalty of up to $45,280 per call?  If you need the reason why this step is so important, now you have it.  Make sure that you aren't responsible for our company going against that violation.  There are simple steps to avoid this as listed in the photo above.  They are as follows:

1. Screenshot the call showing both your Careportal and Interaction Desktop screens.
2. Get the members:  Name.  Phone Number.  Time of Call.
3. Disposition in Careportal whenever it is possible.  If it's not possible then we have to go in and search for this call and this takes time.  It's imperative that you get as much information as possible when these calls come in.
4. Send an email to your lead and manager with all the above information included.
